New and clean hotel, big problems with breakfast

Very new and clean hotel Rooms are quite big Very nice location as the area around is restaurants and shop district

Breakfast queue every day (more than 15 minutes) as they host a lot of groups, breakfast room is very little they should widen the area or otherwise not to book so many groups! Elevator a bit slow

I get why all the reviews rave about the shower only when I...

I get why all the reviews rave about the shower only when I experienced it for myself! Also security was good: getting into lifts using keycard only and accessing hotel after midnight, gave me extra sense of safety which was a good feeling. :D Hotel felt like new from lobby to room, location is superb because it’s near the famous shopping street Tanukikoji and short walk to subway entrance of Susukino station, from where it is just 2 stops to Sapporo station. Will definitely stay here again! (:

Spacious room in Susukino - close to everything.

Great location in Susukino. Close to the main junction and tanukikoji street. Short walk to subway/shopping and food. The room was spacious. Amazing shower!! + free coffee at the lobby. Comfy bed.

Parking is a bit tricky. The parking building is on another street in the back and cost 1,620 yen per night!! Pillows were quite small and thin.

The bed is larger than usual Japanese hotel size.

The bed is larger than usual Japanese hotel size. Shower system was very interesting and enjoyed the experience. Walking distance from airport shuttle, and restaurants, and main attractions.

The location is more for adults and not necessary for children. This is a place full of night clubs, bars and night restaurants, very vibrant area. Great for couples but there are already hostess working from the early morning dress in outfits that are not suitable for children, so recommend family with kids to walk on the exit that does not face the bars.

Can't be better!!

The lighting of the room was very good, bright enough. Especially, I love the modern shower system. The bus to airport is around 7mins walking distance. This hotel is highly recommanded and I'll stay here again when visit Sapporo in non-snowy day. (Warm reminder, it might be quite hard to walk on the snowy road with a luggage.)

Excellent choice for your stay in Sapporo

The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are well equipped and a decent size for Japan. The shower is amazing. The breakfast choice is amazingly varied and sets you up for the day. We wished we were staying longer. We also stayed the b hotel in Kyoto and were also very impressed by the standards set. The location is excellent right in the heart of Sususkino and close to the metro station.

The breakfast is nice.

The breakfast is nice. Lots of options, from fresh fish, nice bread, cakes, noodles, fruit, drinks. Its location is okay. Walk 600 meters you can take the shuttle bus to the airport. 15 minutes walk to the Sapporo railway station, a little bit distance away. Very close to the Susukino center and shopping place.

The room is only 15 meters,not big, without a place to put your clothes.

Great location in Susukino

Location is near Susukino so full of bars, restaurants, girls and hosts bars and more. Walking distance from Odori park/Sapporo station or use subway if you are with suitcases. Good wifi and the coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch.

Prices per night varied widely depending on the day of the week and how full the hotel. So plan ahead if possible.

Nice and clean new hotel

The hotel seems to be absolutely new. Everything is modern, convenient and clean. The bed linens and towels are more that just white - they're crystal clean! The room is not so small as they like to do in Japan. It even allows to sit around the table and have tea or coffee together. Their choice of tea provided in the room also is very nice. I liked a comfortable chair in the room. The staff is smiling, friendly and speaks English well. Since the room had been cleaned by the time we arrived, the reception lady allowed us to check-in a little earlier. That was awsome! As a frequent traveller I find gestures like this very kind and welcome. There is a free small coffee machine by the reception, which provides very good coffee. The hotel is quiet, you can always get a good rest which is important after the whole day walking around such a big city as Sapporo. The internet works equally good in any place at the hotel. Thank you.

Few boring japanese tv channels in the room. I missed a good TV show or a movie at the evening. Maybe there was a way to get some extra english-language channels, which I don't know. However this is not the first japanese hotel with no tv for foreigners. It's a pitty. We want tv too! Also since we've got summer outside, their thick downy blankets are a little too much. All the rest was good. Thank you.
